Americon is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations in our uptown, Pittsburgh office. Americon is a regional disaster recovery company with offices in Pennsylvania and Ohio. This position focuses on the Pittsburgh office.
Key Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping, Manage payroll, invoices, and expenses
- Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports
- Professional communication
- Manage inventory control and ordering supplies

- Maintain office organization and efficiency
Basic Qualifications
- 5-10 years of office management experience
- Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
